Kauseyah Sarees are handcrafted in the heart of Chhattisgarh by skilled tribal and rural artisans. Each saree is a labor of love, woven using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Known for their earthy textures, natural dyes, and intricate tribal motifs, Kauseyah Sarees celebrate the region’s rich cultural heritage while supporting sustainable, artisan-led livelihoods.

At Kauseyah, each product is handcrafted with care by our artisans. As a result, slight variations and imperfections are a mark of the handmade process and not defects.

Returns & Exchanges:

• We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, with unboxing photos and details at [your email/WhatsApp].

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed only if the product is damaged or not replaceable.

• Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after receiving and inspecting the return.

Non-returnable items:

• Customized, made-to-order, or sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

At Kauseyah, ready products are shipped in 3–5 working days, while made-to-order items take 10–15 days. Delivery within India takes 5–8 days after dispatch. Shipping is free on orders above ₹1500. Tracking details will be shared once shipped. For international orders, delivery timelines vary, and any customs charges are to be borne by the customer.
